Job Summary: We're ramping up our training classes and seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual pro to join our team as a Tier 1 Scheduler. In this critical role, you'll be the linchpin of efficient medical and psychological appointment scheduling, managing both inbound and outbound calls with precision and care. Important Note: This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in NY or PA.
