EZCORP is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to own the recruitment process for our store vacancies. In this role, you will be a key partner to HR managers, District Managers, and Store Managers, ensuring we attract and hire the strongest candidates to support our growth.
What You'll Do
- Consult with hiring managers to define specific requirements for each store location.
- Post vacancies across various recruiting platforms and proactively seek out new talent sources.
- Promote our employee value proposition to engage potential candidates.
- Screen applicants through phone or video interviews.
- Provide consistent follow-up and communication to candidates throughout the entire selection process.
- Deliver timely updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Complete the hiring process for all selected candidates.
What We're Looking For
- An undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced job market.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with fluency in English as an absolute requirement.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
