Interactive Brokers is seeking a Bilingual Financial Services Representative fluent in Russian and English. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering accurate and efficient support via phone, email, and chat. You’ll troubleshoot complex account and trading issues to provide effective solutions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide users through trading tools, from basic transactions to complex multi-asset strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues with account management, funding, and trading activity.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools and share them with the team.
- Resolve user concerns with both speed and thoroughness.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Russian language (speaking, reading, and writing).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, finance, or technology role.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Curiosity about financial markets and the technology that powers them.
- Strong communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Analytical, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable navigating advanced desktop and mobile platforms.
- In-depth understanding of financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, crypto, and fixed income.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field.
