About the Role

WeAssist.io is hiring a Bilingual Executive Sales Assistant to support the sales engine of a leadership retreat company. You will use your English and Spanish skills to directly impact revenue, enhance client experience, and shape brand perception, with the unique opportunity to experience a retreat firsthand.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to retreat inquiries and coordinate the next steps for prospects.
  • Maintain organized inbox systems and ensure professional, timely communication.
  • Update contact records in our CRM and track key client dates and touchpoints.
  • Create polished, executive-level sales presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Design promotional materials using Canva.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify ideal prospects.
  • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to create, schedule, and post engaging content.
  • Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings, and track follow-ups.
  • Support guest onboarding and send pre- and post-retreat surveys via Typeform.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate confidently in English and Spanish.
  • Strong design skills with advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
  • A portfolio or sample work showcasing presentations and promotional materials is required.
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for business growth.
  • Strong, persuasive, and professional written English skills.
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to work.
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT.
