Work remotely as a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist, delivering clear and effective support to credit union members in both English and Spanish. This role centers on resolving member inquiries quickly and accurately, primarily through phone and digital correspondence, with a strong focus on resolving issues during the first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member requests with professionalism, ensuring accurate account information and transaction processing
- Verify member identities and support fraud prevention efforts
- Diagnose and resolve account-related concerns, including loans, digital banking access, wire transfers, and debit card services
- Guide members through online account setup and digital tools, offering step-by-step assistance
- Act as a trusted point of contact between members and internal departments, ensuring seamless service
- Educate members on efficient ways to manage their accounts and use available services
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Meet performance goals related to call volume, resolution time, and member satisfaction
Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English and reside in eligible areas of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, or Michigan. You should have strong customer service experience, particularly in call center environments, and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with one Saturday per month from 8 AM to 1 PM. This position requires reliable internet and a secure home workspace.
