As a Bilingual Account Executive with Popmenu, you'll dive into a growing sales team on a mission to totally transform how restaurants do business. You'll work hand-in-hand with your regional squad to craft strategies and messaging that spark awareness and keep our client pipeline flowing strong.

You'll be a relationship champion, playing a critical role in strengthening our client portfolio across both new and established markets—driving growth for Popmenu and the restaurant industry. Our Account Executives aren't just salespeople; they're innovation experts who can articulate the long-term ROI of restaurant tech and are genuinely pumped about our product and purpose.

Requirements

  • Revenue generation – Popmenu Account Executives are masters at generating excitement! You'll know how to sell the long-term value of a simplified technology solution, operating in a lightning-fast sales cycle (from instant signatures to just a few days). You'll conduct killer product demos and close deals. You'll be a true champion of restaurant success—staying laser-focused on key industry challenges and developing targeted messaging that establishes credibility, overcomes objections, and creates genuine interest in the Popmenu product without overpromising.
  • Cultivating the Popmenu brand – Atlanta is your playground for total takeover! The restaurant industry is tight-knit, and our AEs understand the power of networking. You'll spend time immersed in the restaurant community, connecting with owners and operators to truly understand their challenges and provide solutions that turn prospects into Popmenu superfans.
  • Managing client expectations: We aim to be a trusted technology partner for restaurants—which means we're honest about where we can and can't add value. While we're focused on high-volume growth, we never rely on heavy discounting or promises of miracles to close deals.
  • Partnering effectively: Hospitality is all about relationships! We take ownership of the company's success and help each other shine through killer communication and collaboration. Whether you're sharing insights with internal teams or connecting with external partners, you'll know how to maximize relationships to identify opportunities and deliver results.

  • You're skilled in prospecting, lead generation & closing deals
  • You're an ambitious, self-motivated self-starter (i.e., hunter mentality)
  • You are energized working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
  • You bring confidence and energy to conversations while delivering inspiring product demonstrations and articulating value and ROI
  • You're a people person who demonstrates excellent interpersonal/customer-relations skills in person, in writing, and over the phone
  • You manage your time efficiently and stay organized to get the job done
  • You love food and technology—and you're a whiz on a smartphone and tablet!
