The Bid Manager at ASSYSTEM plays a key role in driving bid success by leading the end-to-end process, from initial RFIs and RFPs through to client presentations. This position requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration across departments, and a focus on commercial viability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Own the bid process from RFIs, RFPs, PQQs, ITTs, and ITNs to client presentations
- Develop winning strategies in collaboration with Key Account Managers to define compelling win themes
- Manage virtual bid teams by engaging with sales, marketing, finance, legal, and project management
- Influence stakeholders to drive decisions aligned with business goals and bid success
- Ensure commercial viability by preparing pricing models, managing risk, and delivering compliant bids
- Deliver high-impact proposals by shaping content and presentation for maximum engagement
- Meet deadlines with confidence by setting realistic timelines and coordinating seamless submissions
- Support continuous improvement through post-bid reviews and enhancement of future strategies
