Prysmian Group is looking for a Bid Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end offer process for our turnkey and supply business. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical and commercial proposals while supporting our international sales efforts.
What You'll Do
- Independently create offers for turnkey and supply business, including calculation and preparation of all necessary technical and commercial documents in English.
- Prepare offers in close cooperation with the sales team.
- Conduct independent offer analysis and tracking.
- Optimize the overall offer process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review contracts and support engineering in the creation of technical information.
- Provide sales support both domestically and internationally.
- Take over complex task areas within the framework of existing guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university education (FH or TH/TU) in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in an international company environment.
- Very good spoken and written English language skills.
- Secure skills in MS-Office.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good self-organization and work organization skills.
