Air Liquide is looking for a Bid Analyst (Analista de Licitação) to manage the entire public bidding process, ensuring compliance and data integrity for management reporting. What You'll Do

  • Monitor public notices and obtain bid documents from government agencies; screen and strategically direct business opportunities to the Commercial Department.
  • Read, interpret, and critically evaluate bid documents, focusing on the early identification of qualification requirements and risk analysis.
  • Organize, prepare, and meticulously assemble bidding processes; interface with other departments to collect necessary information for company compliance.
  • Monitor daily bidding stages, including the filing of challenges, requests for clarification, counterarguments, and reconsideration requests.
  • Prepare and register commercial proposals in electronic and in-person systems.
  • Critically evaluate competitor documentation to identify irregularities subject to administrative appeal.
  • Enter detailed data and information daily into a management system (ERP), ensuring data integrity for extracting management reports and performance indicators.
