Zendesk is looking for a versatile BI Development Analyst with strong technical expertise across multiple domains to join our team. You will be comfortable working within Agile methodologies and adept at blending data engineering, dashboard development, and areas like AI and Cloud technologies. What You'll Do
- Develop data pipelines in DBT using SQL
- Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Looker
- Define new metrics and establish the corresponding methodologies
- Maintain and update the technology stack, including AI implementation

- SQL: 5+ years
- Data Bases Experience: 4+ years
- Building Dashboards: 4+ years

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
