One Mobility is hiring two BI Developer (Qlik Sense Specialist) roles to join our team. You will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining BI dashboards and data models, translating business needs into effective solutions. A solid understanding of ETL concepts and data modeling is key to success in this position.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and data models using Qlik Sense.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various enterprise sources, including SAP.
- Build optimized QVD layers and reusable components for reporting.
- Collaborate with respective stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions.
- Support limited Qlik administration tasks, including server maintenance, app publishing, user access, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot data and dashboard performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to BI best practices, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in any stream.
- 3–5 years of experience as a BI Developer with a strong focus on Qlik Sense.
- Good understanding of ETL workflows and data modeling.
- Solid experience designing and maintaining ETL frameworks within Qlik, including QVD-layer architecture, extraction, transformation, and load optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP data extraction using Theobald connectors, SAP HANA, or ODBC.
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
- Exposure to Qlik Sense administration tasks.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication for working with global stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to other BI tools like Power BI, other ETL frameworks, or cloud storage/data platforms.
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
