Leadtech is hiring a BI Developer

Leadtech is looking for a BI Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau and Looker. Your work will provide critical business intelligence through a strong understanding of data visualization, data modeling, and modern BI concepts.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
• Connect to various data sources and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Develop and enforce data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau and Looker dashboards and reports.
• Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Tableau BI Developer or with other BI tools.
• 1+ years of experience in mobile application analysis.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with various data sources, including relational databases, cloud platforms, and flat files.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, QlikView).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) for data analysis.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Certification in Tableau Desktop or Server.
