Porch Group, Inc. is hiring a Benefits Coordinator to join its global Total Rewards team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining benefits data, supporting compliance activities, and troubleshooting issues for employees.
What You'll Do
- Manage US and India data entry for benefit eligibility and changes where no file feed integration exists.
- Research and resolve benefits data issues, escalating to a Benefits Analyst as appropriate.
- Conduct eligibility and billing audits and reconcile invoicing with an outsourced benefits team.
- Facilitate payroll benefit deductions review, HSA, and 401(k) funding.
- Facilitate collection of data needed to support multiple state and federal compliance activities.
- Assist with annual renewal and open enrollment activities.
- Assist internal and external partners in support of employee benefit inquiries.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a dedicated employee-facing benefits site.
- Support employees and managers through their leave process under the guidance of a Benefits Analyst.
- Coordinate workers’ compensation claims with third-party administration.
- Assist with creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for benefits-related processes.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Familiarity with an HRIS, preferably Workday.
