Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage benefits offerings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on benefits utilization and costs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Support the development and implementation of benefits strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate benefits with other HR initiatives.

  • Manage the benefits enrollment process, including open enrollment periods.
