Bridge Specialty Group (Brown & Brown, Inc) is hiring a Benefits Advisory Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates within assigned project teams and prepares or updates project management resources under the guidance of project managers.
  • Addresses team and client requirements promptly to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all project commitments.
  • Maintains open communication with project managers regarding availability, timelines, and progress, involving the Analyst Team Manager when necessary to support team coordination and client satisfaction.
  • Documents key points from client meetings and shares summaries with relevant team members.
  • Travels to client locations or joins virtual meetings as directed by the project manager, including occasional Sunday travel and rare international trips.
  • Updates analyst workflows and maintains internal knowledge assets such as templates, market data, and sales tools upon request.
  • Participates in regular team meetings and contributes ideas to improve team performance and objectives.
  • Logs time spent on tasks daily with precision, using company tools to align with business and client reporting standards.
