Role Overview
The Beijing Office Administrator plays a key part in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of the Beijing office and hardware certification lab. You will ensure the workspace is welcoming, well-organized, and fully equipped to support team productivity and visitor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations, including meeting room coordination, desk management, and guest接待
- Handle routine administrative duties such as procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and invoice processing
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate across departments to support company-wide initiatives and logistical needs
- Identify opportunities to enhance office systems and technical processes

- Strong academic background
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- High level of personal accountability and emotional intelligence
- Detail-oriented problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, globally distributed environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for company gatherings, up to two weeks per year

Work Mode
This is an on-site position based in Beijing. While daily work is location-specific, teams gather globally two to four times a year for collaborative meetings.
