The Beijing Office Administrator plays a key role in maintaining efficient and welcoming operations at the Beijing office and hardware certification lab. You will oversee front-of-house functions, manage meeting spaces, and ensure the workspace remains organized and accessible for all team members and visitors.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment coordination, and invoice processing
- Ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere for employees and guests
- Collaborate with internal teams across regions to support company-wide initiatives
- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and workflows
Requirements
- Strong academic background and excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proven attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities
- High level of personal responsibility and emotional awareness
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, globally connected environment
- Willingness to travel up to two times per year for company events lasting up to two weeks

Work Mode
This is an on-site position based in Beijing. The role requires regular presence at the office. Teams gather in person two to four times annually in various global locations to align on strategy and execution.
