Diana Health is hiring a part-time Behavioral Health Medical Director to establish clinical standards and build a scalable, evidence-based behavioral health program within our women's health practice. You will guide our care model design and provide clinical leadership for our behavioral health team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and advocate for the vision and design of our behavioral health offering.
- Drive the ongoing development of our program, including scope of practice, patient experience, and clinical protocols.
- Oversee the behavioral health team with the support of the Lead Psychiatric NP.
- Act as the supervising psychiatrist for our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in licensed states.
- Collaborate with OB/GYN leadership and providers to grow our behavioral health services and support patients across life stages.
- Support the personal growth of our behavioral health clinicians.
What We're Looking For
- Board certified or eligible in Psychiatry.
- At least two years of psychiatric clinical experience.
- Active DEA license.
- Licensed to practice in FL, TX, and TN (or open to obtaining licensure).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative OB-GYN and behavioral health practice with strong communication skills.
- Patient-centered approach valuing shared decision-making and holistic care.
Nice to Have
- Women’s health and/or perinatal experience.
- Some level of clinical leadership experience.
- Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
