About the Role
This role involves delivering evidence-based mental health coaching to individuals in Ethiopia, focusing on emotional resilience, stress management, and behavioral change through structured, compassionate support.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in developing coping strategies for stress and emotional challenges
- Deliver culturally sensitive mental wellness sessions tailored to individual needs
- Monitor client progress using standardized assessment tools
- Maintain confidential and accurate client records
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on complex cases
- Conduct regular coaching sessions via secure digital platforms
- Support clients in setting and achieving mental health goals
- Educate individuals on mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques
- Respond promptly to client communications within defined timeframes
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance coaching skills
- Report any risk indicators according to protocol
- Promote mental health awareness through client interactions
- Use behavioral science principles to inform coaching plans
- Engage in peer review and quality assurance processes
- Uphold client dignity and autonomy in all interactions
- Adjust coaching style to suit diverse cultural backgrounds
- Contribute to program improvement through feedback
- Follow data privacy and security standards
- Complete documentation within 24 hours of each session

Training & Onboarding
