Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations and behavioral observations of clients
- Define specific behaviors and establish quantifiable treatment objectives
- Design and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Work closely with clients between the ages of 2 and 21, their families, and other care professionals
- Regularly assess and revise preference evaluations and reinforcement methods
- Carry out therapeutic interventions as directed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
- Deliver direct therapy services following Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) best practices
- Offer supervision and guidance to support staff when required
- Ensure all documentation and service delivery meet regulatory and licensing standards
- Keep current state-mandated clearances including PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI background checks
