Puig is looking for a Beauty Ambassador to represent Byredo at De Bijenkorf Rotterdam. In this role, you will embody the brand's image, deliver an outstanding client experience, and drive sales to build lasting client loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's savoir-faire, heritage, and values.
- Endorse brand codes and attitudes, serving as a role model with a client-oriented mindset.
- Ensure the counter is properly presented in collaboration with colleagues.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and develop client loyalty.
- Guarantee consistency of merchandising, grooming, and posting.
- Offer a customized service experience, ensuring an engaging beauty shopping experience for each client.
- Connect with clients and build long-term relationships using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude, results-oriented.
- Excellent organisational and selling skills.
- Ability to provide a personal, inspiring, and authentic customer experience.
- Awareness of International and multi-cultural environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the cosmetics or luxury goods sector.
- Experience in Make-up and the niche fragrances sector.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the Retail Manager for Niche Brands.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at De Bijenkorf Rotterdam.
