Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a Beauty Advisor/Artist to join our team as a freelance sales associate. You will combine creative and technical expertise to provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight customers.
What You'll Do
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events.
- Ensure the store always achieves high standards of visual merchandising.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Nice to Have
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable.
- Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued.
