The Estée Lauder Companies, a leader in prestige beauty, seeks a Freelance Beauty Advisor/Artist to join our team. This role combines creative and technical expertise to deliver welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experiences for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience through makeup application, skincare advice, hair, or fragrance consultations.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events.
- Ensure the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Nice to Have
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued.
