Phiture is hiring a BDR (Business Development Representative) - Ohio/Indiana

About the Role

Phiture is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads for our sales team. You will drive growth by identifying and nurturing prospects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and opportunities, qualifying and prioritizing inbound leads.
  • Conduct research on target accounts and industries to understand their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account-based sales strategies.
  • Occasionally attend industry & networking events in your assigned region.
  • Use CRM software tools to track leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with members of the assigned territory.

  • Proven track record of consistent success, leadership, and ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • The ability to self-motivate, prioritize and manage unstructured time.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR, in a growth stage startup or a cyber security company.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and sales automation tools.

Work Mode

This is a remote position based in Ohio or Indiana. Occasional in-person attendance at regional industry and networking events is required.
