Treetop ABA is looking for a BCBA to provide personalized, evidence-based ABA therapy through a hybrid schedule. You will partner with families to deliver meaningful, individualized treatment and oversee client programs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and track client progress
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate closely with families for consistent, effective care
- Maintain thorough documentation of client progress
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Arizona LBA certification
- Experience in developing and implementing ABA programs
- Ability to collaborate with families in a clinic-based, in-person setting

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 in-person days weekly at the clinic, with 2 remote days.
