Inetum is looking for a Backup Systems Administrator to ensure the reliability, continuity, and security of our data protection systems. You will administer Enterprise Backup platforms within our large-scale corporate environment.
What You'll Do
- Administer, install, and operate Enterprise Backup engines, including Commvault, Veeam, and NetBackup.
- Manage and optimize centralized backup systems, ensuring performance, capacity planning, and appropriate retention policies.
- Implement improvements, fine‑tune configurations, and ensure data integrity and availability.
- Diagnose complex incidents and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Support technology evolution projects and integrations with infrastructure platforms.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary technical teams, ensuring continuity of data protection services.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles within corporate environments.
- Solid experience in Centralized Backup Systems Administration, beyond just operation.
- Strong hands‑on experience with backup engines: Commvault, Veeam, NetBackup.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in backup infrastructures.
- High sense of responsibility and technical rigor.
- Autonomy and ability to work in complex, critical environments.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
- Good communication skills and ease in collaborating with technical teams.
