Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional backend engineering experience in Go (or Rust)
- Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Familiarity with at least one of: GraphQL, event-driven architectures, or stream/batch processing
- You write clean, testable code and care about meaningful test coverage
- You can take a problem from ambiguity to a working solution with light guidance
- Curiosity about how systems work under the hood and a desire to keep improving them
Nice to Have
- Exposure to code generation, schema-driven development, or AST tooling
- Experience with observability (tracing, structured logging, metrics)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and containerized deployments
