Join a team focused on building and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency blockchain infrastructure that powers developer applications worldwide. In this role, you'll take technical ownership of distributed systems, designing and refining backend services in Go to ensure scalability, performance, and uptime. You'll lead initiatives from concept through production, ensuring robust delivery across the RPC platform.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimize backend systems for high performance and minimal latency using Go.
- Architect and maintain distributed systems that support large-scale blockchain data routing.
- Own the full lifecycle of development, from planning and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, product, and developer experience teams to align technical solutions with user needs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across interconnected services.
- Champion engineering best practices, driving consistency and reliability across codebases and systems.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience building and maintaining backend or distributed systems in high-scale environments.
- Strong command of Go, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks.
- Proven experience with distributed systems, streaming architectures, and database design.
- Background in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or high-performance API platforms, including RPC or node services.
- Ability to troubleshoot cross-system issues in production and deliver measurable improvements in availability and performance.
- Self-directed with strong prioritization skills, capable of delivering results in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions.
