ALDI SÜD (HOFER) is looking for a Backbox and Shelf Supervisor to join the store team at our Museumstraße location in Innsbruck. This part-time role is central to our bakery operations and store presentation, requiring a reliable and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Bake and provide fresh bakery goods daily.
- Organize and manage product shelves efficiently.
- Present fruits and vegetables and conduct regular quality checks.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide friendly service.
- Perform general store cleaning duties.
- Supervise and maintain bottle return machines.

- Attractive gross monthly starting salary from €1,106 for 18 hours/week, €1,291 for 21 hours/week, or €1,475 for 24 hours/week. On a full-time basis (38.5 hours/week), this corresponds to €2,367 (up to €2,712 at the final level), plus a €100/month regional allowance on a full-time basis.
