Huzzle is hiring a B2C Sales Representative focused on solar and real estate sales. In this fully remote role based in South Africa, you will conduct high-volume outreach to residential leads, handle objections, and close deals while collaborating with international teams. You’ll use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and drive results.
What You'll Do
- Conduct 100+ outbound and inbound sales calls with qualified residential leads daily.
- Handle objections confidently and provide transparent information to build trust and close deals.
- Participate in outreach campaigns to source new leads.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and installation processes.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience.
- Proven high-volume outreach experience (100+ calls daily).
- Track record of closing residential deals via phone or video calls.
- Strong objection-handling skills and ability to reframe value propositions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Stable internet connection and home office setup.
