Rula is hiring a B2B MarTech Manager - Analytics to own and execute our roadmap for B2B full-funnel reporting and analytics. You'll create self-serve tools and reports through systems architecture, analytics instrumentation, and automation to scale how we generate, qualify, and target B2B demand.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Rula's Roadmap for B2B full-funnel reporting and analytics.
- Create self-serve tools and reports through strong systems architecture, analytics instrumentation, and automation.
- Help scale how we generate, qualify, and target B2B demand by setting HubSpot automations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of related professional experience across MarTech, Business Systems, Marketing, RevOps, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations for B2B companies.
- Strong problem discovery and requirements definition skills.
- Previous ownership or involvement in B2B marketing analytics and reporting beyond just creating reports.
- Experience implementing attribution approaches that informed marketing strategy, investment decisions, or performance evaluation.
- Experience creating automated workflows, sending information between systems, and using technology to automate processes.
- Ability to define scalable systems architecture and execute under ambiguity and in unfamiliar technical environments.
- A track record of successfully leading projects that require cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have
- HubSpot Management expertise.
- Experience with Clay or equivalent, data scraping, and data enrichment.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience creating recurrent reporting for Marketing or Finance teams.
- Experience connecting digital ad accounts with Segment, Freshpaint, or equivalent.
- Experience with low-code API integrations.
