Forum Ventures is launching a new company and seeks a B2B AI Founder to build and lead as CEO. You will create an AI SaaS platform for the mining industry focused on mineral rights management, tracking compliance obligations across leases to prevent asset forfeiture.

What You'll Do

Lead the company as CEO with support from a CTO, Designer, and GTM/validation experts until a full team is hired.
Execute a winning GTM strategy to achieve $50-100K ARR and develop the right MVP for early traction.

What We're Looking For

Deep background in mineral rights management, land administration, or exploration operations.
Experience in the messy middle of getting something off the ground, either as a former founder or early-stage operator.
Ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams.
Desire to be a venture-backed founder.
Based in Canada or US, with ability to collaborate remotely in North American time zones.
