Enavate is hiring an Azure Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing, and managing our Azure infrastructure. You will be responsible for building new environments, maintaining high availability, and ensuring our Azure public cloud platforms are scalable and easy to maintain.
What You'll Do
- Implement, support, and maintain 24x7 Azure CSP environments, RDS deployments, and Windows technologies.
- Make ongoing recommendations for Azure and Windows policies and standards as part of strategic planning.
- Manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment and provide leadership to other team members.
- Quickly convert business problems into technical solutions.
- Resolve Azure, Windows, and RDS escalations from clients and team members.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain and prioritize incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage configuration and deployment of Azure resources in compliance with established policies.
- Recommend technical solutions to enhance performance, increase redundancy, and add flexibility.
- Troubleshoot Azure and Windows performance issues.
- Maintain system availability and monitor critical services.
- Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and evaluate vendor software to provide recommendations.
- Participate regularly in change control activities that comply with ITIL change management.
- Establish upgrade and backup strategies for core infrastructure.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting Azure, Windows, and RDS technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows technologies: RDS, IIS, GPO’s, Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of NetScaler Load Balancing solutions and Azure networking.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft CSP program and Lighthouse.
- M365 and SharePoint support and implementation experience.
- AVD support and implementation experience.
- Powershell and automation experience.
- Experience with ASR/DR testing and failovers.
- AZ-104 certification.
- Working knowledge of M365 infrastructure and management.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of challenging solutions involving Azure, Citrix, and Windows architecture.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Initiative-taker who can work independently on complex issues.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated capability to achieve results under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building relationships across teams.

Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid model. Open positions are in Tampa, FL (hybrid), with additional opportunities for remote work in the US, Poland, and Ukraine.
