Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS demonstration environments using services including EC2, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, KMS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and AWS Glue.
- Develop and sustain Terraform modules to automate the creation, reset, and removal of cloud environments.
- Incorporate AWS generative AI tools like Bedrock and SageMaker to enable automated scenarios and enrich live demonstrations in real time.
- Partner with Demo Center of Excellence and product subject matter experts to assess use cases and build tailored demonstration workflows.
- Enforce role-based access controls, manage feature flags, and handle configuration using AWS Systems Manager and AppConfig.
- Maintain system stability through automated monitoring, alerting systems, and performance testing with tools such as CloudWatch, AWS Load Balancer, and X-Ray.
- Support quality assurance automation, collect performance metrics, and manage post-demo documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Provide secondary assistance for data processing pipelines using AWS Glue, Redshift, and Athena for data ingestion and transformation tasks.
- Assist in developing hybrid cloud demonstrations and integrating with Azure platforms when necessary.
