- Apply detailed evaluation criteria consistently across diverse technical scenarios
- Improve assessment frameworks by identifying edge cases and refining scoring guidelines
- Resolve discrepancies when evaluations differ among team members
- Analyze model errors and contribute insights on system behavior
- Collaborate with research and product teams to shape evaluation strategies
- Support safety testing, red-teaming exercises, and model validation efforts
Requirements
- Proven expertise in automotive engineering, vehicle systems, manufacturing, or mobility technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply evaluation criteria reliably
- Clear and logical communication, especially when justifying safety-related judgments
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and professional standards
- Native or professional proficiency in at least one supported language
- Fluency in English for understanding guidelines and providing feedback
