Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess automation requirements for packaging processes
- Develop system concepts based on customer production workflows
- Prepare technical documentation and project proposals
- Coordinate with engineering teams to finalize system designs
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during client engagements
- Conduct site evaluations to determine integration feasibility
- Present solution options to stakeholders using visual and technical materials
- Assist in calculating project timelines and resource needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Participate in trade shows and customer demonstrations
- Provide input for cost estimation and budget planning
- Work with suppliers to source components
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables
- Troubleshoot design challenges during development phases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automation technologies
- Support commissioning and startup activities
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist in training customer personnel
- Follow up on post-installation performance

Travel Requirements
