Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is hiring a freelance Automation Engineer to streamline internal operations. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and multiple departments to break down information silos, leverage existing data, and automate processes. This is a 3-month freelance engagement with a clear path to a full-time position for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Act as a partner to team leaders, helping them achieve their specific business goals through automation.
Conceive, design, build, and maintain automated workflows across the organization.
Proactively suggest and implement new automation solutions and process improvements without waiting for assignments.
Document processes, monitor results, and measure the impact of improvements.

What We're Looking For

Solid, hands-on experience with Clay is a must-have.
Comfortable writing scripts, running SQL queries, working with APIs, or connecting systems with low-code solutions.
An engineering mindset: ability to identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, fix root causes, track performance, and rethink process maps.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-directed work style that values quick feedback loops.
English proficiency at a B2+ level.
Focus on the goals the organization must achieve, not just the implementation.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make.
Practical knowledge of AI models.
Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Python) for advanced automation.
Background in supporting multiple internal teams with automation projects.
Experience in data analysis or reporting.
