AUTO1 Group is hiring a Senior Account Manager B2B to manage and expand our key B2B customer relationships in the dynamic used car market. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key B2B customers with a focus on selling used cars.
- Work with an appealing dealer portfolio consisting of cold and warm leads.
- Continuously monitor and develop sales structures within B2B Sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor customer performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics and report on them.
- Act as a problem solver to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Long-term experience in telesales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work operationally combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.
- Fluent German language skills to competently and confidently support (future) customers.
