Instructure is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will provide technical support and customer assistance, leveraging your bilingual skills in Spanish.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Deliver clear, helpful guidance in both English and Spanish
  • Document support interactions and solutions accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes

What We're Looking For

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment

Work Mode
