LKQ Corporation is looking for an Auto Parts Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and managing auto parts inventory. You will ensure our warehouse operates efficiently and productively.
What You'll Do
- Receive and put away inbound product to its designated location.
- Pick and pull the correct product from appropriate locations and deliver it to the staging area or delivery truck.
- Operate manual and powered equipment to transport product within the warehouse.
- Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or bins according to a predetermined sequence.
- Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
- Comply with established company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Up to 1 year of work-related experience.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow standard procedures with no decision making involved.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Warehouse, or similar, work environment experience.
- Prior PIT experience (forklift, order picker, etc).
Technical Stack
- Manual and powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
Team & Environment
This role is not responsible for supervising employees and reports directly to a Supervisor or Manager.
