GFIC is looking for a Technical Sales Manager for Food Ingredients (m/f/d) to drive sales and provide technical expertise to customers in the DACH and Adriatic regions. You will own the commercial and technical relationship for the food ingredient portfolio within your territory.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth for food ingredients across Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Provide technical support and product expertise to existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development within the food ingredients industry
- Strong understanding of food processing, applications, and market trends
- Ability to manage a sales territory independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Nice to Have
- Existing network of contacts within the food industry in Austria, Slovenia, or Croatia
- Proficiency in Croatian or Slovenian
- Background in food science or a related technical field

This is a remote-first position open to candidates based in Austria, Slovenia, or Croatia (AT, SLO, CRO).
