Enterprise Bot is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to own the end-to-end success of our AI implementations. This role bridges technical delivery and customer partnership, ensuring clients achieve their strategic goals with our solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical implementation and deployment of AI solutions for enterprise clients.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication as the primary project lead.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on best practices and ensuring adoption and satisfaction.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively solving technical and process-related challenges.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Project Management, or Customer Success Engineering.
Strong background in managing software or AI implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage executive-level relationships.
A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote, global environment.
