You will directly support the creative founder in optimizing daily business operations, implementing scalable processes, and building the team. Your work will be central to improving efficiency and enabling growth.

What You'll Do

  • Support project management and the creation of new business processes.
  • Support daily business operations, including employee recruitment and team management.
  • Support the implementation of automation and scalable systems.
  • Collaborate with the founder to prioritize tasks and manage workflows.
  • Lead employee search initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and evaluations.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management, as an Executive Assistant, or a similar role.

Team & Environment

You'll join a small team of 1-10 employees and report directly to the Founder.
