VirtuHire is looking for an Audit Director to manage audits across a wide range of clients, primarily across EMEA and other global regions. This role is a key driving force behind individual audit projects, coordinating with a global network and debriefing clients on findings.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage audit programs, focused on EMEA markets but often other markets globally.
- Liaise with agency finance teams to ensure audits run effectively and efficiently to client deadlines.
- Take primary responsibility for the timely completion of audits, from client contract review to data request, analysis, report writing, and presentation of findings.
- Maintain regular dialogue with Global Compliance Partner and Senior Client Leads.
- Debrief clients and offer advice on audit findings.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA or similar).
- Minimum 2 years work experience with marketing agency finances or commercial teams.
- Must be fluent in English and able to write audit reports proficiently.
- Must be a self-starter and curious.

- Previous audit experience.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Senior leadership team and coordinate with the Audit Director network around the world.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position with a global scope. The primary focus for this role is the EMEA region.
