Qualfon is hiring an Attendee and Exhibitor Marketing Specialist

Qualfon is seeking a dynamic Attendee and Exhibitor Marketing Specialist to support our prestigious Connections brands. In this pivotal role, you will drive both attendee acquisition and exhibitor engagement for our leading B2B events within the action sports, outdoor, and lifestyle industries, serving as a critical bridge between sales and marketing.

What You'll Do

• Assist with scheduling and coordination of audience acquisition marketing activities.
• Compile, organize, and maintain prospective audience, attendee, exhibitor, and sponsor lists.
• Track and report on remarketing and digital advertising budgets.
• Format, edit, and distribute messaging for lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain and update event calendars, marketing timelines, and inventory spreadsheets.
• Enter and update prospect, exhibitor, and sponsor information in Salesforce and other tracking tools.
• Collect, file, and track all sponsorship and exhibitor materials.
• Support scheduling and tracking of onboarding tasks for event platforms like GRIP and Bulletin.
• Prepare, schedule, and send email campaigns through HubSpot.
• Format, upload, and distribute B2B marketing content, including emails and website copy.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining attendee and exhibitor records in event mobile apps and matchmaking tools.
• Track outbound email communications and coordinate with the marketing team.
• Input and update customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis data into tracking systems.
• Generate regular reports on customer retention metrics and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate updates for digital marketing channels including email, website, social media, and digital advertising.
• Perform routine data entry and updates in marketing systems like HubSpot, Cvent, Grip, and Salesforce.
• Support ongoing maintenance of website content.
• Organize and catalogue digital and print collateral.
• Log and route inbound customer support requests.
• Process and track client badge requests and exhibitor service inquiries.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience supporting a sales or marketing team in a professional setting (internship experience counts).
• Proven experience writing, building, automating, executing, and analyzing performance of email campaigns using tools like HubSpot.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing B2B marketing content, including writing emails, website copy, and digital content.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing best practices, and social media for brand awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High organization with the ability to manage multiple projects, keep detailed notes, and consistently report on progress.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive work style demonstrating the ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and identify potential challenges.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional tools such as Salesforce, A2Z/Personify, Basecamp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, DataMart, Grip, Smartsheet, and WordPress.

You will serve as a bridge between sales and marketing, supporting the team to generate leads, deliver prospects, and ensure a seamless experience for all event participants. You will report to the Marketing Director.
