What You'll Do
As a Hostess, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests, greeting them with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. You’ll manage seating arrangements efficiently, respond to questions, and guide guests to their designated areas with courtesy and precision.
You’ll stay informed about daily menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate recommendations and support guests with dietary concerns or special requests. When appropriate, you’ll suggest premium or new menu items to enrich the dining experience and support service goals.
You’ll communicate guest needs clearly to kitchen and service staff, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. Maintaining a clean, organized waiting area is also part of your role, contributing to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and recruited from one of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan. Fluency in Russian is required, and intermediate English is preferred, with higher proficiency expected for advancement.
You must hold a full set of valid STCW certificates and possess a seafarer's passport or seafarer's identity card. Strong interpersonal abilities, clear communication, and the capacity to remain composed under pressure are essential. Previous customer service experience, particularly in resolving guest concerns, is important for success in this role.

Compensation
Payment is made in euros and includes access to a bonus structure and tips. No equity is offered.
Work Mode
This is an on-site position aboard cruise ships operating across the Black, Aegean, Marmara, and Mediterranean Seas, with regular port calls in Turkey, Egypt, and Greece. The role requires full-time commitment with no remote option.
