What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all guest cabins and public areas to company and international SHIP-SAN standards.
- Prepare rooms with correct linens, amenities, and in-suite items such as mini bars, robes, and towels.
- Report maintenance issues and deficiencies promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and adhering to ordering protocols for supplies.
- Collaborate with the Chief Housekeeper to control waste and maintain efficient use of materials and equipment.
- Participate in departmental meetings and coordinate with other onboard teams to support smooth operations.
- Follow safety and emergency procedures to protect guests and crew, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Eligible for recruitment from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan.
- Fluent in Russian; intermediate or higher English preferred depending on role level.
- Hold a complete set of STCW certificates and possess a valid seafarer’s passport or ID.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in housekeeping aboard a cruise vessel or in a high-end hotel environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rotating schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service and teamwork.
