The University of Florida's Department of Environmental and Global Health is recruiting a tenure-track or non-tenure track faculty member at the Associate or Full Professor level in Global Infectious Disease. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a robust portfolio of extramurally funded research, teaching, and service. This is a 1.0 FTE, 12-month role expected to start Fall 2026.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a portfolio of extramurally funded research, teaching, and service.
- Build synergy and collaboration related to Infectious Disease with the UF College of Medicine.
What We're Looking For
- Medical degree (MD) or doctoral degree (PhD) in public health, epidemiology, infectious disease, or another field related to infectious disease.
Nice to Have
- Substantial expertise in infectious disease and global medicine.
- A strong publication record.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring.
- A strong established record of funding.
