Responsibilities
- Develop and review high-quality code to ensure system reliability and performance
- Configure and support Dayforce HCM modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Recruiting
- Maintain and troubleshoot Dayforce system functionality across multiple domains
- Analyze business requirements in coordination with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT teams
- Convert operational needs into system configurations including workflows, pay rules, schedules, and security roles
- Lead or contribute to Dayforce implementation projects, module expansions, system upgrades, and new feature rollouts
- Resolve functional and technical issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations
- Support system maintenance, version upgrades, and release management processes
- Design and manage integrations between Dayforce and third-party systems using APIs, SFTP, and file-based methods
- Execute data loading, validation, auditing, and reconciliation tasks to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Build and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics within Dayforce to meet leadership and operational reporting needs
- Conduct regression testing, support user acceptance testing, and assist with deployment to production environments
- Document configurations, processes, and change requests thoroughly and keep them up to date
