About the Role
The Associate Sales Enablement Manager will design and implement onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop onboarding materials for new sales team members
- Coordinate training sessions to reinforce product knowledge
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps
- Track effectiveness of enablement programs using performance metrics
- Update training content based on product or market changes
- Support rollout of new sales tools and technologies
- Gather feedback from sales teams to improve training delivery
- Maintain a centralized library of sales resources
- Assist in the creation of certification programs for sales roles
- Partner with marketing to align messaging with training content
- Monitor adoption rates of new processes and tools
- Deliver live and recorded training modules
- Standardize onboarding timelines across regions
- Work with HR on integration of new hires into sales roles
- Use data to refine training curricula over time
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between experienced and new reps
- Ensure compliance with sales policies through training
- Support quarterly sales readiness initiatives
- Create assessments to measure learning outcomes
- Report on key enablement KPIs to leadership
