Oura is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. You'll help shape and execute our top priorities across the annual marketing plan, supporting critical launches and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that attract new prospects and deepen member engagement.
What You'll Do
- Support go-to-market planning for new product and feature launches, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs stay on track.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Product Marketing team, including document organization, project tracking, and internal comms to keep partners aligned.
- Build and maintain core toolkits and templates (messaging docs, briefs, launch checklists, post-mortems) that help the team run efficiently.
- Partner with Product, Brand, Lifecycle, and Creative teams to connect product benefits to member needs across touchpoints.
- Conduct competitive and category analysis to help identify whitespace opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Track and report on launch and campaign performance; help synthesize learnings for internal sharing.
- Support internal education and coordination around new features and launches.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or brand strategy on a consumer tech product.
- PMM inbound and outbound experience, including supporting product/feature launches in fast-moving environments, synthesizing insights to inform audience segments, craft messaging, and briefing GTM channel teams.
- Excellent communication skills to synthesize information concisely and influence internal stakeholders.
- Project management expertise: organized, detail-oriented, with a strong bias for getting stuff done. Ability to connect the dots while also sweating the details.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience on a consumer wearables and/or subscription product.
- Understand how to use AI tools to optimize and improve.
